The following are future projects and communities that will bear the Schonberg name.

Pendleton Manor, Completed
*Schonberg & Associates has finalized $1 Million in renovations, upgrades and improvements to the Pendleton Manor community in Greenville, SC as part of its ongoing updates to bring the building up to Schonberg standards. The renovation included upgrading of fire and emergency systems, renovations to resident apartments and updates to the kitchen, dining room, activity room, as well as new furniture and fixtures.

Magnolias of Summerville, Memory Care Addition
*Schonberg & Associates plan to break ground on an addition to the Magnolias of Summerville community in Summerville, SC. The new unit will specialize in memory impairment, and will welcome 14 Alzheimer’s and dementia residents upon completion.
*Anticipated groundbreaking: Summer 2012

FUTURE LOCATIONS UNDER CONSIDERATION:

Lacombe, Louisiana

Thibodaux, Louisiana
